Cascade3d Communicate

Cascade3d Communicate is an automated marketing solution, capable of reliably running complicated member communications using email, SMS, print and call centre outputs. The system is fully GDPR compliant and allows leisure marketing teams to take control of their regular member communications.

Using the leisure centre database, Communicate is configured for precise, targeted messaging and offers full campaign automation increasing the time staff will have to work on other projects. Membership welcome emails, booking reminders and retention campaigns are but a few of the uses of this innovative software application.

Cascade3d Automate

Cascade3d Automate can power the Cascade3d analytics engine to run reports and routines automatically, at any time of the day or night. The main use of this software are to reduce staff administration time and increasing report accuracy when specific deadlines are required.

Automate can also unlock the timely delivery of data to many system integration projects including sending leisure data to Microsoft Power BI and leisure centre or local authority finance systems.
