Gerry Hodgson
CEO
Gerry's passion for excellence started with competitive sports. He studied BSc (Hons) Sports Science at Chelsea School of Human Movement and completed his Masters at Loughborough University.
​
He soon learnt that the best results were achieved by a structured scientific approach to all aspects of performance; be it in physiology, bio-mechanics, psychology, nutrition, etc.
Gerry is clear that when it comes to building businesses in competitive markets, the same fundamentals for developing elite athletes apply - “analytics, insight and excellence drive the principles of what we do every day.”
Will Jones
Chief Customer Officer
Will has a wealth of experience as a facility manager in both private and public sectors.
Will's primary role is working with senior executive teams to develop their data driven marketing strategies for digital and traditional media.

Sharon Weeks
CCO
Sharon is an MBA graduate specialising in the health and education sectors. Her understanding of the issues of inclusion faced by vulnerable people makes her a strong advocate of the use of technology to support greater independence.
Sharon leads on the development of our Connected Care platform and the integration of data services between carers, healthcare providers and families.

Rhian Wyman
Marketing Executive
Rhian works with our business development team, designing promotional material, developing our website and keeping our social media up to date. Rhian’s artistic ability is a real asset to the team and ensures our corporate image and promotions are always fresh and up to date.
Matthew Blackwell

Matt ensures everything at Cascade3d runs on rails. He leads our cloud and strategic infrastructure development working closely with AWS and technology partners.

Nigel Browning
Application Developer
Nigel describes himself as ‘well-seasoned’, especially when it comes to cutting code! He has a wealth of experience in .NET, SQL and MS Office and is a key member of our analytics and data driven marketing team.
Nigel leads the product strategy for the Windows Terminal Services based platform.
Charles Perkins
Support Team Leader
Chas, based in Perth, WA, ensures his Australian influence is ever present - especially when the Aussies are leading in the rugby or cricket!

Beena Nawaz
Services and Accounting Manager
Beena joined the Cascade3d team after 20 years at Intel in a range of operational and customer account support roles for the UK, European and US markets.
Beena ensures seamless delivery of products and services to our customers and partners and she also manages the company's finances.
Krishna Iyengar-Sreeram
CTO
Krish has a huge amount of experience in the healthcare, mobile and telecoms sectors and graduated BEng First Class with Distinction from Bangalore University.
Krish leads the development strategy for Cascade Connected Care and our embedded and mobile platforms, working with the latest technologies from industry leading, global organisations including Z-Wave, ZigBee, Microsoft, Intel, Wind River, DELL and Advantech.
Joseph Aldridge
Support Analyst

Joseph has developed his interest in IT and technology by building and fixing many computers of his own. He assists within the building the Connected care Kits. Joseph’s passion for fixing computers helps him within our support team.
Mohandas Nair
Principal Data Architect – Business Intelligence & Machine Learning
Mohan is a highly qualified developer with over 20 years experience in data analytics, statistical modelling and machine learning. Based in our Bengaluru office, Mohan leads our IoT analytics research and development.

Ollie Hodgson
Sport and Exercise Scientist - Undergraduate at Cardiff Met

Ollie is a national level Modern Pentathlete studying elite sports performance and the benefits of exercise for public health. He is currently developing strength and conditioning programmes to support the NICE and NHS recommendations for falls prevention and aid our work at Cascade3d to keep people living safely in their own homes. His mantra is 'keep it simple'.
Shruthi Muniyappa
Director, Cascade3d India
Shruthi is our Director at Cascade3d India. She has been with us since our entry into India in 2016. She heads our finance, legal and sales functions. She is a chartered accountant and a law graduate with over 20 years of experience.
Our Indian operations are seamlessly conducted under her guidance.

Tanmay Manjunath

Tanmay's fascination for computers started at an early age and he has been drawn to them ever since. He fell in love with computer programming in my high school when he discovered how a piece of code could solve complex mathematical problems in the blink of an eye. This instantly developed an urge to explore a career in the IT field. Tanmay is passionate about data science, especially interested in AI and ML.
